Police investigating an assault in Farnworth have released CCTV images of a man who could help with their enquiries.
Officers say a 28-year-old man was assaulted on Higher Market Street at just before 5pm on December 8 last year.
The man police want to speak to is around 5'7, has brown hair and was wearing an orange waterproof jacket.
Officers are urging anyone with any information to contact them.
A spokesperson for GMP Bolton South said: "Can you help? Officers would like to speak to this man pictured in connection with an assault that took place against a 28-year-old man on Higher Market Street in Bolton at around 4.45pm on December 8, 2023.
"It is believed the man pictured may have information that could assist enquiries. He is described as approximately 5'7 in height, has brown hair and was wearing a bright orange waterproof jacket and black tracksuit pants and black trainers with white soles.

"Anyone with information about his whereabouts, or with other relevant information or footage of the assault (including CCTV, mobile or dashcam) should call police on 0161 856 5558 quoting log number 2797 of 08/12/2023.
"Alternatively you can call the independent charity Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111."
No other details have been released about the assault.
