This week we take a look at the three most expensive properties as listed on the online property site.

For a price tag of £2.5M, the most expensive property has undergone a full renovation but not at the expensive of its period charm and exquisite original features.

The second most expensive property currently on sale on Zoopla is priced at £1.75M - and for that the new owners can have their own swimming pool and spa.
