A man who abused a bounce back loan intended to aid businesses through coronavirus was banned from running any businesses for more than a decade.
Liam Rice, whose last address was on Kingscourt Avenue, was the director of LMR Electrical Limited when it went into liquidation around two years ago.

In 2020, according to the Insolvency Service, the business applied for a bounce back loan of £25,000 based on a turnover the previous year of £100,000. It received the sum a short time afterwards.
In reality, the turnover the previous year was less than £25,000, so it received more than four times what it should.

LMR Electrical Limited went into liquidation around two years ago with all of the bounce back loan of £25,000 outstanding.
After an investigation by the Insolvency Service Mr Rice was banned from running businesses until 2035 starting last month.
