Are you looking for a staycation spot? A hotel in Manchester has been named among the exciting new places to stay in the UK and Ireland for 2024 list by the PA news agency.
If you need some inspiration for somewhere to stay in the city, the Treehouse Hotel is recommended.
Introducing the list, the PA news agency said: “Sometimes a hotel can be just as much of a focus for a holiday as the destination. New properties have the power to open up unknown areas or add a spark of excitement to well trodden haunts in need of a refresh.
“That’s certainly the case for this year’s selection of openings.
“And don’t assume all hotels are expensive. While many high-end accommodation options come with a price tag, there are lots of affordable new places to rest your head – good news for families looking for a great value in 2024.”
What did the PA news agency say about the Treehouse Hotel in Manchester?
The PA news agency said: “Spread over 14 floors on the site of a former hotel in Deansgate, 224 bedrooms will feature designs inspired by nature.
“Sustainability is – naturally – a key theme, with highlights including a zero-waste restaurant, a living wall of plants and an apiary producing honey for the hotel.
“Quirky touches include wooden mural boards on each floor where guests are encouraged to share thoughts and tales. Prices to be announced.”
The hotel will open in summer 2024.
