With the cost-of-living crisis looming large, a national chain with three branches in Bolton is providing a Valentine's Day deal to bring romance on a budget.
Next month, Heron Foods will launch a three-course meal for two to mark the romantic holiday, for just £10.
The offer will be available between February 5 and February 16.
To start with, there is a choice of a tomato and garlic or cheese and garlic flatbread, then the main is a Castlerahan Superior Beef Rump Steak each, with Best Buy Beef Dripping Triple Cooked Chips and Best Buy Beer Battered Onion Rings.
For dessert is a choice of two Gu New York Cheesecakes or two Gu Chocolate and Salted Caramel Cheesecakes.
And to cap it all off, a chocolate rose for two.

This comes after the budget food chain opened a new store in Deane last summer, adding to the Tonge Moor and Farnworth branches already in the borough.
Its unveiling was on August 17 last year, with customers lining the car park on Wigan Road to see what the new store had to offer.
Asian street food restaurant Paratha Stop also opened on the shopping precinct in November.
The eatery aims to provide the local community with quality food, and a unique menu.
