Bolton’s Peter Kay will be at the AO Arena in Manchester for two nights this week.
The comedian has returned to the stage for his first live comedy tour in 12 years and if you’ve got tickets, there are a few things worth knowing before the shows.
The tour will see Kay travel across the UK with shows continuing until 2025 - here’s everything you need to know about the show in Manchester.
When is Peter Kay coming to Manchester’s AO Arena?
Peter Kay will take to the stage on Friday, January 26 and Saturday, January 27.
How to get tickets to see Peter Kay
Peter Kay’s tour proved hugely popular with the shows selling out and more dates being added on several occasions.
However, if you haven’t got your tickets yet, there are some still available for both shows this week.

When do doors open for the shows?
Peter Kay fans can arrive at the AO Arena for 6.30pm as this is when doors will open.
The arena asks that visitors arrive in plenty of time to make sure they can get through security and find their seats before the shows.

What is the bag policy for AO Arena?
AO Arena urges visitors to bring only minimal personal belongings to the venue and only one small bag per person is allowed.
But, if you need to bring a bag, this is the criteria it must meet:
- Bags must be no bigger than 30cm wide x 40cm long x 20cm deep (approximately A3 size)
- Bags that can be worn on your back can’t be any bigger than 30cm wide x 20cm long x 20cm deep (approximately A4 size)
- Backpacks are not allowed into the venue
