Bolton's motorists will have seven road closures to avoid nearby on the National Highways network this week.
And three of them are expected to cause delays of between 10 and 30 minutes.
The latest expected works list, with notes from National Highways, shows that two closures already in place are expected to carry on this week.
Each evening from 8pm to 6am up to January 20 there will be slight delays of under 10 minutes on the M61 in both directions at junction six.
This is due to a lane closure for works on behalf of Bolton Metropolitan Borough Council.
Each evening from 8pm to 5am up to February 15 there will be moderate delays on the M61 in both directions between junction four and seven.
This is due to a lane closure for horticulture works including cutting and planting.
A further five closures will begin over the next two weeks.
From January 22 to January 23 between the hours of 9pm and 5am there will be a carriageway closure on the M61 northbound between junctions three and four.
This will cause moderate delays of between 10 and 30 minutes.
The closure is in place for carriageway reconstruction and renewal works on behalf of National Highways.

From January 23 to January 24 between the hours of 8pm and 5am there will be lane closures on the M65 eastbound between junctions three and four.
This will cause slight delays of 10 minutes.
The closure is in place for maintenance works.
From 9pm January 26 to 5am January 28 there will be moderate delays on the M65 eastbound between junction three and four.
This is due to a lane closure for barrier and fence safety repairs on behalf of National Highways.
From 10pm January 26 to 5am January 27, there will be slight delays on the M61 southbound between junctions eight and six.
This is due to a lane closure for carriageway works including reconstruction and renewal.
Finally, from 8pm January 29 to 6am February 1, there will be slight delays on the M61 southbound between junctions five and three.
This is due to a lane closure for communications on behalf of National Highways.
National Highways is responsible for maintaining motorways and major A-roads, so closures of smaller roads will not be included in their schedule.
