Netflix's top thriller Fool Me Once has got fans of social media site TikTok talking.

From re-enacting killer lines from the series said by leading actress Michelle Keegan to envy her extensive coat collection.

Number of scenes in the Harlan Coban inspired thriller were filmed in Bolton, with key scenes shot at Bolton School.

Since the show aired, viewers took to social media to discuss the thriller.

TikTok channel @burnardthecat was quick to post an impression video of Michelle, saying ‘my husband is dead, he’s dead’, and ‘Tommy Dark.’ The video racked up over 100k likes and over 700 comments.

One person said: “The way I didn’t even realise this was you saying it and just thought it was a sound from the actual show.”

Other people though, highlighted Michelle’s character Maya Stern’s extensive coat collection.

@Caroline.shops made a TikTok highlight all the scenes in which Michelle is wearing a new coat, which adds up to 10 times, and the video was seen over 2.4million times.

While filming in Bolton, Michelle is seen wearing a black and white textured coat.

During the series, Michelle is also seen walking up the stairs at Bolton School, wearing a black blazer coat.

One person said: “I was thinking the same thing, I would love to know where they are from.”

The TikTok user followed up with a video on the coats and said they were rumoured to be worth around £9,000 in total after she had looked up all the coats online, before giving people dupes to get the same look as Michelle.

This was also not the first time Michelle was in Bolton for filming, as she has been seen in Our Girl, which filmed army scenes at Bolton School.

Bolton is a thriving filming location and has already welcomed shows such as It’s A Sin, Peaky Blinders, Red Rose, and Ridley to name a few.

Michelle’s character, Maya Stern, is dealing with the brutal murder of her husband Joe when she checks her nanny cam to see her daughter playing with Joe.
