A car stolen from an affluent area of Bolton was found in Breightmet last night.
Police say the car was reported stolen from Hardy Mill Road and found just 1.5 miles away in Breightmet
Investigations are underway to identify those responsible for stealing the vehicle.
The vehicle is now being examined by the Crime Scene Investigation team to identify those responsible.
A spokesperson for Greater Manchester Police, Bolton North Neighbourhood Team, said: “Officers from the Bolton North Neighbourhood Team recovered this vehicle from Glaister Lane in Breightmet.
“The vehicle had been stolen from Hardy Mill Road in Harwood last week.
“It will now be examined by our CSI officers to identify those responsible for stealing it.”

This comes after police launched their "Darker Nights" campaign, which tackles burglary, robbery and vehicle crime, as well as anti-social behaviour.
Bolton North police also seized an abandoned vehicle on Highwood Close in Breightmet on Monday, after spotting the vehicle being driven on Newby Road.
Anyone with any concerns can call police on 101 or 999 in the event of emergency.
