Drivers in and around Bolton will have three National Highways road closures to watch out for this week.
And two of them are expected to cause moderate delays – with motorists facing holdups of between 10 and 30 minutes.
The latest expected works list, with notes from National Highways, shows that two closures already in place are expected to carry on this week.
Motorists are to expect moderate delays on the M61 southbound between junction six and four each evening up to December 16 between the hours of 8am and 5pm.
This is due to a hard shoulder closure for horticulture works including cutting and planting.

Motorists are also being warned to expect moderate delays on the M61 in both directions between junction four and seven until February 15.
The motorway closures will be in place between 8am and 5pm due to a lane closure for horticulture works including cutting and planning.
One closure is also set to begin this week.
From 9pm December 15 to 5am December 16 there will be slight delays of under 10 minutes on the M61 southbound between junction six and five.
This is due to a lane closure for horticulture works including cutting and planting.
National Highways is responsible for maintaining motorways and major A-roads, so closures of smaller roads will not be included in their schedule.
