A child was arrested as part of an ongoing police operation to disrupt vehicle crime and antisocial behaviour in part of Bolton.
Officers from the Bolton South team have been in the Rumworth area in recent weeks.
During this time they have conducted patrols both in high visibility and plain clothing.
A police spokesperson said: "This is part of a larger operation which resulted in a juvenile arrested last week."
Images released show officers monitoring icy roads.
Earlier this year Deane Road in the Rumworth area was identified as a crime hotspot.
A senior councillor said the area was one where people could "can't fail" to see crime if they waited around there for an hour.
Calls were also made for alleygating, where certain roads would be blocked off, to deter crimes from taking place.
In January this year police were called to Deane Road following reports of a large brawl - however no arrests were made in relation to this.
