Free films are being shown each week up to the end of February as part of a scheme to help people who are struggling to pay bills to keep warm.
Each week on Wednesdays, films are being screened as part of Bolton Library and Museum Services’ Warm Spaces initiative.
The scheme helps those struggling with the cost of living crisis, particularly coping with the rising price of fuel to heat their homes
The film screenings will take place in the lecture theatre on Le Mans Crescent and there will be free refreshments too.
Here is a list of the films the museum will be showing at 2pm each Wednesday:
- 13 Dec - John Wick 4
- 20 Dec - Can you ever forgive me?
- 27 Dec - I, Robot
- 3 Jan - Nomadland
- 10 Jan - Oppenheimer
- 17 Jan - King Richard
- 24 Jan - Hunter Killer
- 31 Jan - Spencer
- 7 Feb - The Father
- 14 Feb - 3 Billboards
- 21 Feb - Indiana Jones & the Dial of Destiny (12A)
- 28 Feb - The Help
