A new managing director has been appointed at a Bolton-based financial consultants. 

KBS Corporate, which has its national headquarters in Bolton, has appointed Dave Gardner to the position. 

Having been a founding member of the KBS Corporate Finance Team, Dave has earned the promotion. 

During his time with the company, he has played a critical role in helping to build the team. 

KBS is owned by K3 Capital Group. 

Dave said: “K3 has been on an incredibly successful journey over the last few years, transforming itself from a pure mergers and acquisitions focus into a comprehensive professional services adviser covering multiple disciplines.

“I’m extremely proud to have been a part of the story so far and I’m excited to lead the KBS Corporate Finance team into its next chapter of growth alongside the wider K3 team.”
