WHEN we publish a snowy scene, it always creates a great deal of interest for our readers and we are hoping today’s image will do just that.
This is, unmistakably, the Magistrates Courts in Bolton in crisp, white snow, but we do not have a date for this photograph.
Perhaps our readers will be able to help if only by using the vehicles as a starting point for a possible date.
Perhaps you remember snow falls such as this in the town and the chaos they, no doubt, caused. Did the town grind to a halt or did people cope well with the bad weather?
Get in touch if you can shed some light on the photographby emaiingl robert.kelly@nqnw.co.uk and we will try to feature it in future editions of Looking Back.
