Police are appealing for information after two motorbikes were stolen in Horwich on the same day.
On December 1, two motorbikes were reported stolen in Horwich.
At around 4pm, one was found abandoned on Lever Park Avenue and another was found from in the same area shortly afterwards after being stolen from Catherine Street West.
The bikes were returned to the owners as police investigate to find the suspects.
A spokesman for GMP said: “Officers from the Bolton West team have responded to reports of two stolen motorbikes in the Horwich area this evening.
"At 16:12 log 2164 01/12/23 was a report of a motorbike being abandoned on Lever Park Avenue, Horwich close to the War memorial.
“This bike is believed to have been stolen from Mary Street West, Horwich. At 18:32 a second log was reported log 2700-01/12/23 a further stolen bike this time from Catherine Street West, Horwich again abandoned on Lever Park Avenue, Horwich at the War memorial.
“Both bikes will be reunited with their owners and enquiries are ongoing to locate the suspects. If you saw anything or have CCTV footage we would like to hear from you.”
