A leading law firm has announced a 'much valued' new appointment.
This comes as experienced conveyancer Darren Rich joins Little Lever and Bury based Clough & Willis.
He brings the firm’s property team headcount to six and takes his specialism in freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new builds, shared ownership, transfers of equity and remortgages.
Mr Rich said: “Clough & Willis is well regarded across the region for its conveyancing and wider residential property expertise.
“This is fantastic step in my career, and I am excited to see what the next few months will bring.”
Mr Rich first qualified in 2002 and has joined the firm, where he will be based at the Little Lever office, from a national conveyancing company dealing with more complex conveyancing transactions.
He has previously worked at Shammah Nicholls, Trowers & Hamlins Solicitors and Cobbetts LLP.

She said: “Darren is an experienced conveyancer so it’s fantastic to welcome him to the firm especially as demand for the property team’s services is growing month on month.
“I am confident he will become a much-valued colleague.”
