Three cars left the road and crashed due to icy conditions over the weekend.
The incidents happened late on Saturday night (November 11) close to Rivington Road in Belmont.
Police attended three separate incidents in which vehicles had left the road after losing control on the icy surface.
In the very early hours of Sunday morning (November 12), officers issued a warning to drivers advising them to be careful in the icy conditions.
A spokesperson for the police said: "Please be advised of icy conditions on Rivington Road Belmont and the surrounding areas this evening.
"We are currently dealing with a road traffic collision and the road is very icy.
"Please re-plan your journey if it needed this morning and if you do need to travel please be very careful."
Lancashire police later confirmed that there had been three incidents but luckily, no injuries.
The spokesperson added: "There were three incidents of vehicles leaving the road because of the icy conditions. No injuries."
