A number of people from Bolton have recently been dealt with by magistrates courts.
People have been penalised for a range of offences including motoring ones and not paying their TV licence.
Joseph Grainey drove 27 miles over the speed limit on the M62.
The 19-year-old drove at 67mph while in a Mercedes between Junction 12 and 11 in Salford in April this year.
The road had a temporary limit of 40mph at the time.
Grainey, of Firs Road, Bolton, pleaded guilty at Manchester and Salford Magistrates' Court.
He was fined £311 and given five points on his licence.
Aimee Millington failed to tell police who the driver of a vehicle was.
The 19-year-old was required by Greater Manchester Police to identify the driver of a Vauxhall Corsa alleged to have been involved in an offence in May this year, but she failed to do so.
The case against Millington, of Tong Road, Little Lever, was proved at Manchester and Salford Magistrates Court.
She was fined £660 and given six points on her licence.
Lynn Gordon used a TV set without a licence in July this year.
She admitted the offence at Wigan and Leigh Magistrates Court.
Gordon, of Townsfield Road, Westhoughton, was fined £40.
Divino Da Silva drove a Ford Fiesta on Bury Road, Radcliffe, without insurance.
The 27-year-old carried out the offence in April this year.
Da Silva, of Mancroft Avenue, Bolton, admitted the offence at Manchester and Salford Magistrates Court.
He was fined £346 and given six points on his licence.
James Richardson failed to identify the driver of a police.
He was required to name the motorist in a Toyota Avensis alleged to have been guilty of an offence in May this year.
But Richardson, 59, failed to do so.
The case against him was proved at Manchester and Salford Magistrates Court.
Richardson, of Coop Street, Bolton, was fined £3660 and given six points on his licence.
