A car has turned on its side, with slow traffic on a busy road in Bolton this evening as emergency services attended a crash.
Police and ambulance services were on Cricketers Way in Westhoughton, after reports of an accident near Sainsburys at around 6.30pm.
One car was seen on the road with a person being treated for minor injuries.
Two police cars and one ambulance attended the crash.
Traffic is now moving here but drivers are warned to approach slowly or take alternative routes if they can.
This is a busy road in Bolton and many people may get stuck travelling to and from Bonfire Night events.
The road is now clear, but drivers should proceed with caution.
The Rose and Crown Pub in Westhoughton is currently holding a Bonfire Night event with fireworks starting at 8pm.
At the event there will be live music, sweet stalls and a food truck which is back by popular demand, after proving to be a success last year.
Tickets will be available on the door.
Drivers can check roads and route maps online before they travel.
