Fans of Greek food will be in for a treat when they visit the Middlebrook Retail and Leisure Park.
For it is the new home for couple Marianna and husband Andreas Tsourdiou's Greek Traditional Eatery, which started in 2017 in Chorley Market and proved to be a huge success.
Following the popularity, the pair purchased a food truck, which allowed them to travel around the UK and cover music festivals, including Glastonbury, and other music and family events.
Marianna said: “During Covid we got really popular when everything was closed.
“We became popular through word of mouth and through Facebook neighbourhood groups.

“People used to call us and pre order because not everybody was able to queue, and they had to social distance.
“But it was something exciting and refreshing because of being in our houses all the time.”
The couple who have been married for five years moved to Horwich in February this year after moving from Rhodes in Greece eight years ago, and meeting each other in London.
Marianna added: “We knew the area and love the neighbourhood and the small aspect of it.
“I am glad we moved our business here because it is the biggest retail park in the UK.
“I thought we would never be able to go there but we are there now, and we can’t believe it.
“We are ready to open a new shop, but we like a new town and meeting new people who get to know our food and see how we cook it.
“We may open a shop when we are ready to settle.
“We love it here and we work hard to be here, and we feel secure here.”
The food truck will be staying at Middlebrook until December, and although this is yet to be confirmed Marianna is hopeful that the more popular they become the more permanent this will be.
Marianna said: “We have had a lot of interest on Facebook, and I am sure people will love our food and service, including giveaway prizes and loyalty cards.
“We also have something for everyone with plenty of dietary options.”
Marianna and Andreas also have another food truck at Liverpool Shopping Centre, which they have there every year at Christmas.
The food business officially opens today (Friday October 20) from 11-7.30pm.
It will be open during the same times Monday to Saturday, with some flexibility to open on a Sunday around Christmas.
The food is traditional homemade Greek BBQ style food, and the can be found in front of the Pets at home store.
