An outdoor learning and recreation centre is holding events for new students.
The Anderton Centre has been hosting induction sessions this year for new students.
David Germain, Director of Outdoor Learning at the University of Bolton, said: “Induction sessions set the tone and offer a glimpse into the exciting challenges that lie ahead, and outdoor learning goes beyond textbooks and classrooms.
“It fosters teamwork, problem-solving, and adaptability skills, all of which are invaluable throughout one's academic and professional career.
“I extend my heartfelt congratulations to all students embarking on this exciting educational voyage.
“Your time will be filled with challenges, achievements, and moments that will shape your future. Remember, the Anderton Centre and the University of Bolton are here to support you.
“The great outdoors has a way of inspiring and igniting creativity, and I have no doubt that it will enhance our students’ induction programmes.”
The Anderton Centre, which is part of the University of Bolton Group, is situated in a beautiful setting at Rivington Reservoir, where students can break free from the confines of traditional learning spaces and embark on a journey of self-discovery and personal growth.
