Two Bolton establishments have been awarded new food hygiene ratings, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.
Examining food handling, the cleanliness and condition of facilities and building and management of food safety, inspectors have rated one pub a four out of five hygiene rating and one restaurant a new three out of five rating.
Henighans Eat and Drink at 1043 Bury Road, was rated a four out of five after inspection on August 23.

The inspection report on the Food Standards Agency’s website states both the hygienic food handling and the cleanliness and condition of facilities and building are good, whilst the management of food safety is generally satisfactory.
Bolton, has also been given a new rating of three out of five after inspection on August 23.
The Goose & Gander at 38 Little Scotland, Blackrod,The inspection report states the eatery is generally satisfactory in all areas.
