Multiple motorists have been penalised for breaching the speed limit on a major road into the centre of Bolton.
A section of St Peter's Way on the A666 is subject to a 50mph speed limit.
There are average speed cameras located on the road, meaning if a motorist goes over this for a sustained period they can be penalised.
And in the last month multiple people have been found to be in breach of the limit.
The following cases all called at Tameside Magistrates Court.
Kerry Carroll drove at 59mph between Bradford Street and Raikes Lane while driving a Hyundai in January this year.
The case against the 44-year-old was proved at court.
Carroll did not attend.
After the outcome the woman from Crompton Way, Bolton, was fined £330, ordered to pay further costs of £178 and given three points on her licence.
Yazlyn Habib drove at 57mph between Raikes Lane and Church Road while behind the wheel of a BMW in January this year.
The case against the 41-year-old was proven at court.
He did not attend.
After the outcome Habib, from Hulton Lane, Bolton, was fined £220, order to pay further costs of £178 and given three points on his licence.
Adam Hickey rove a Ford Transit at 58mph at Raikes Lane in February this year.
The 38-year-old admitted the offence.
Following this Hickey, from Whitsundale, Westhoughton, was fined £43, ordered to pay costs of £57 and given three points on his licence.
Nade Wahab drove a Mercedes at 60mph between Bradford Street and Raikes Lane in January this year.
The case against the 51-year-old was proved at court.
He did not attend at court.
After the outcome Wahamb, from Briarfield Road, Farnworth, was fined £30, ordered to pay further costs of £178 and given three points on his licence.
