A car crashed into a house early this evening after a smash involving three vehicles.
Emergency services were called to Auburn Street in Daubhill just before 6pm.
Fire crews made the scene safe while police are now investigating the crash — the second in a week according to residents, who are now calling action.
A spokesperson for Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service (GMFRS) said, “Just before 6pm this evening, firefighters were called to assist at the scene of a crash on Auburn Street in Bolton.
“One fire engine from Bolton fire station quickly arrived at the scene. The collision involved three cars, with one that had crashed into the wall of a house. Firefighters carried out an assessment of the damage to the building and worked to make the vehicles safe, before handing over to Greater Manchester Police (GMP).
“Crews were at the scene for around half an hour."
Residents said that the crash happened at the junction of Range Street.
Naz Ahmed, who lives close by told The Bolton News: "I live opposite the junction so see quite a lot of accidents there.
"The road markings are hard to see on the crossroad."
He said residents had called for improvements to be made on the road to stop anyone from being seriously injured or killed as a result of a crash.
Mr Ahmed said: "At the time it happened there were quite a lot kids gong to the mosque"
He said he had raised his concerns with the police.
