Everyone's favourite whacky family will be on stage at the Albert Halls this month.
The musical is being brought to stage by BCMCS.
Audiences will join the family as Wednesday Addams, the ultimate princess of darkness, has grown up and fallen in love with a sweet, smart young man from a respectable family– a man her parents have never met.
And if that was not upsetting enough, Wednesday confides in her father and begs him not to tell her mother.
Now, Gomez Addams must do something he’s never done before– keep a secret from his beloved wife, Morticia.
Everything will change for the whole family on the fateful night they host a dinner for Wednesday’s “normal” boyfriend and his parents.
Chair of BCMCS Nicola Crompton-Hill said: "We are really excited to be bringing Addams Family to Bolton this year, the show is going to be amazing and fun for all the family.
"This year we have also decided to utilise the show to express our appreciation to Bolton Hospice and raise money to support this amazing charity. Bolton Hospice has been a great support to some of the families and friends of the members we have sadly lost in recent times, and we hold this charity very dear to our hearts. We are hoping to raise money to contribute to the amazing work they do for the people of Bolton."
Director Gary Harvey said: "This show is funny, quirky and a night you will not forget easily.
"The story of Wednesday Addams, young love, crazy families, and many of the characters you will know and love, comes to Bolton this September. Our last year's show Shrek sold out at each performance, and this year see's many of the cast, shredding the green for black and returning to the Albert Halls.
"This is one show not to be missed."
Join the family, plus Uncle Fester, Lurch, Pugsley and more for a heart-warming story of love, family and friendship —with a twist!
The performance features a live orchestra and what is described as extraordinary original score.
It shows on September 19 to 23.
