Bolton Food and Drink Festival is fully under way, with day three set to start later today, Sunday.
We can expect to see owner of Indian restaurant chain Mowgli Street Food, Nisha Katona, showing off her skills, as well as live music and regional cooking demos in Victoria Square throughout the day.
Having started on Friday, the festival really got into the swing of things yesterday, with bumper crowds throughout the day soaking in the atmosphere (and a bit of rain).
The day saw Gok Wan strut his stuff at the counter and on stage, cooking Chinese cuisine by day in his demonstrations and blasting out house bangers by night with a high octane DJ set.
The festival also saw cookery demos from MasterChef 2023 winner Chariya Khattiyot, showcasing the dishes that earnt her such high praise on the television show, as well as from Kwoklyn Wan, celebrity chef, restaurateur and brother of Gok.
After such a fun-packed day, what better way to show it off than with a picture gallery, snapped by Bolton photographer Henry Lisowski?
Here they are, can you spot yourself?
