A new restaurant is set to open its doors TODAY in Bolton Town Centre.
La Bera will offer a range of Mediterranean tapas.
And owner Burak Hasturk believes that people will be able to enjoy some of the best wines and cocktails in the town centre.
Burak is originally from Turkey and is half Turkish and half Greek and he hopes he can bring his food culture to Bolton after living here since 2011.

He said: “I am very excited to be opening.
“I have lots of experience and always put everything into what I do.
“I want to bring something good to Bolton Town Centre.
“I am feeling really positive about it and believe that people who start trying it will see how good the service is and atmosphere, they will continue to come.
“It will be one of the best places for cocktails and wines in Bolton Town Centre.”
Burak says that there will be dedicated chefs who will cater to meat eaters, vegans and vegetarians, with as much as 70 per cent of dishes also being gluten free.
He said: “My chefs are my closest friends as well as employees.
“I am aware it’s not the best location, but I am willing to take that risk.
“We can take the risk because it’s our business even if we don’t get the response, we want it will give us time to spread our name.”
After transforming his former restaurant Med3 Egerton into a huge success, Burak went in search for his next adventure.
He said: “My aim is to change the attitude and I think we will do that with the relaxed and unique atmosphere.
“Compared to some of the other restaurants I think our service will be top of the range.”
La Bera is located on Bridge Street and will officially open later today at 4pm.
Burak says that the hours may be extended depending on the response.
