The Red Arrows will be flying over Horwich this weekend on a flight path to the Blackpool Air Show.
The world-famous RAF display team will fly over the town on August 12 at around 1.56pm.
The route will take The Red Arrows over Horwich en route to Blackpool.
The famous RAF team will make their way going over Southport, Ormskirk and Horwich, to Rochdale, Clitheroe and finally to its destination in time for the display.
The fly past is expected to cause much excitement in Bolton with many people scrambling to take pictures and videos.
The Royal Air Force's Red Arrows team is one of the world most outstanding aerobatic display teams and is the public face of the RAF - showcasing its speed, agility, and precision.
Over the weekend, there will be military vehicles, weapon stands, attractions, and information and official merchandise stalls for various aircraft that will be performing over the weekend, including the RAF Typhoon, Battle of Britain Memorial Flight, Spitfire, and the Army’s Red Devils parachute display team.
There will be an opportunity to meet the ground crew of some of the aircraft and meet serving members of the forces, ask them about what they do and take a look at the equipment they use on a regular basis.
