Bolton Central Fire Station will open its doors to the public for its annual open day.
The event is an opportunity to meet the firefighters, learn more about keeping safe at home and on the road as well as enjoy plenty of family fun.
The town centre based fire station will be open on August 19, with it running from 10am-4pm.
Featured at the open day will be food, stalls, rides and a bouncy castle, as well as crash demonstrations.
During the demonstrations, firefighters will demonstrate emergency scenarios such as dealing with a road traffic accident.
Representatives from North West Ambulance Service, Bolton Mountain Rescue and the army will be present, as well as a showcase of vintage service vehicles.
Open days like these have also been held at Farnworth Fire Station and Horwich Fire Station.
