Officers in Bolton conducted speed tests as part of one of their main priorities to make Bolton roads safer.
Neighbourhood officers conducted speed checks on Church Road in Smithills on Thursday (August 3).

Motorists are reminded that the maximum speed limit on this road is 30mph.
A spokesperson for GMP Bolton North said: “One of our priorities is to make the roads safer in Bolton.

“Yesterday, Team One neighbourhood officers conducted speed enforcement on Church Road in Smithills.
“30mph is a maximum speed limit, not an advisement.”
