A business woman has been left ‘overwhelmed’ after receiving hundreds of messages of support after a car ploughed into her premises.
Owner of Fire Press Naomi Davis, 28, says she has been left “feeling a bit lost” and the messages mean a lot to her.
Ms Davis says that she is still in a bit of ‘shock’ and ‘disbelief’ following the crash.
Police were called at around 10pm on Saturday July 29 to the business on Lee Lane in Horwich following reports of a collision.
Ms Davis said: “I am just figuring out who will rebuild what.
“I feel a bit lost and a little bit hopeless at the moment because I don’t really know what is going to happen.
“I feel like if I do need help with anything though that things would be alright.
“I wasn’t expecting so many people to message me.”
Ms Davis was set to celebrate the shop opening next week, which would have marked a year.

She has always followed her passion for graphic design ever since studying the subject.
Prior to the store opening, the business was trading online for six years, and Ms Davis decided she wanted to open an accessible location for all.
She added: “Getting the shop was the next step for me.
“The shop is pretty much everything to me.”
Part of Ms Davis’s graphic design business means that a lot of her work involves face to face conversations, which is operating online only now.
This means the business can take on design work, customs, print jobs and other commissions.
Ward councillor Cllr Ryan Bamford says that although the business is fairly new, it has become an integral part Horwich’s town centre.
He added: “It’s such a shame that this has happened because Fire Press has proved to be integral to the town centre.
“Ms Davis helped form and create the loyalty cards and promoted a lot.
“Fortunately, they can still continue working because they are an amazing business.
“I do believe that businesses like this are what makes towns like Horwich a success.”
