New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Bolton’s restaurants, cafes or canteens, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.
Sake Sushi, at 68a Bridge Street, Bolton was handed a four-out-of-five rating after assessment on June 21.
The inspection report states the hygienic food handling was rated very good whilst the cleanliness and condition of facilities and building and the management of food safety are generally satisfactory.
AK Grill and Curries, at 74 Egerton Street, Farnworth, Bolton was given a score of two on June 21.

The inspection report states both the hygienic food handling, and the management of food safety are both generally satisfactory whilst improvement is necessary for the cleanliness and condition of facilities and building.
It means that of Bolton's 432 restaurants, cafes, and canteens with ratings, 242 (56 per cent) have ratings of five and just two have zero ratings.
