Give us some history about the pub:
Formerly The Definitely Maybe Bar and best known for being Bergeracs, we’ve now turned it into a quirky and fun cocktail bar, offering all kinds of entertainment and a fun night for all. We may have only been open a short time but we have a lot to offer
Is food served? If so what’s on the menu?
Yes, we have a range of fresh pizzas, a choice of multiple different Loaded Skin on Fries and some small picky bits, such as Mozzarella Dippers and Beer Battered Onion Rings
Is there a beer garden?
We have outdoor seating available out front and a small smoking area at the back
Most popular drink served is:
Our most popular drink is our signature cocktail; The Upside Down, which main ingredients are Raspberry Vodka and Pineapple Juice
Most memorable moment at the pub:
Seeing the bar busy/full for the first time, a very proud moment for the team after putting so much hard work in
Do you have an entertainment line-up?
We have a variety of different entertainment on a Friday and Saturday night, including Live Music, Drag Nights and Live DJs! We also have weekly Karaoke nights and Drag Bingo
Have you faced any challenges within the industry?
As we are not on the main streets (Bradshawgate and Churchgate) or Nelson Square, it’s been difficult to get people to venture that little bit further
The best thing about running a pub is...
Seeing people enjoy a night in the space that we’ve created
The worst thing about running a pub is...
The big clean at the end of the night
The perfect hangover cure is...
Hair of the dog
