A road is set to be closed whilst works are ongoing towards the end of this month.
Ridgeway Gates on Palatine Street, Bolton, will be closed from July 20 for approximately two weeks whilst vital electricity works take place in the area.
The closure will prohibit all traffic from proceeding on Ridgeway Gates with diversions in place for those who need access to close by roads.

To make sure recycling bins are emptied during the works, the council are asking residents to present them at the nearest accessible point to ensure that they can be emptied on the usual collection days.
The local authority apologise for any inconvenience the closure may cause.
