Members of the public are being invited to a meeting to discuss concerns about crime with police officers and political representatives.
The Partners and Communities Together meeting will be held at Regents Hall in Rumworth, and will be open to anyone from the community interested in attending.
The meeting aims to give people a chance to discuss concerns they have about crime and anti-social behaviour in their communities and hear from the police about what they are doing to address them.
A Greater Manchester Police spokesperson said: “The Rumworth neighbourhood team are holding a Police and Communities Together meeting at 7am on Thursday July 6 2023 at Regents Hall.
“This is a great opportunity to discuss issues in your area!
“We look forward to seeing you there!”
Bolton Councillors will also be in attendance along with other council officials to hear concerns from the community.
This comes as part of GMP’s neighbourhood policing initiative and could see all kinds of issues discussed that have been of concern in the Rumworth area.
Previous meetings like these have been held at various other locations across the borough, which heard concerns ranging from street crime to fly tipping, with more still set to take place in the near future.
