New food hygiene ratings have been given to three of Bolton’s eateries – with one of them being given the maximum score of five.
Examining food handling, the cleanliness and condition of facilities and building and management of food safety, inspectors have rated one eatery a five out of five rating, one eatery a four out of five rating and one eatery a three out of five rating.
American Fried Chicken, a takeaway at 77 Market Street, Farnworth, Bolton was given the maximum score after assessment on April 25, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
The inspection report states the eatery is good in all areas.

Flippin' Burgers, at 10 St Helens Road, Bolton was handed a four-out-of-five rating after assessment on May 6.
The inspection report states both the hygienic food handling, and the management of food safety are good whilst the cleanliness and condition of facilities and building is generally satisfactory.
And Syd's Fast Food, at 335 Derby Street, Bolton was given a score of three on May 6.
The inspection report states the eatery is generally satisfactory in all areas.
It means that of Bolton's 367 takeaways with ratings, 142 (39 per cent) have ratings of five and just four have zero ratings.
