Two childhood friends from Bolton have set up a vitamin business together.
Fahim Laturiya and Mohammed Patel, aged 21 and 22 respectively, have set up their first business together, MultiVi, a vitamin and supplements company.
The company says it provides "premium-quality vitamins and supplements" to its customers, which are all vegetarian and vegan friendly.
Fahim said: "A year or two ago, I was at university in Leicester. I was staying inside a lot, studying.
"I saw a need in the market for an accessible and reliable source of vitamins, and that's why we have a subscription in place.
"We have our 'subscribe and save model', which means customers don't have to buy the vitamins each month, and they can save 10 per cent while doing it."
Fahim and Mohammed, who met at Sharples School and are both from Astley Bridge, started the business with investment from a family friend.
Fahim continued: "A lot of vitamins are low quality and low strength, but we wanted to make sure the quality is there.
"They are sourced from the UK, as we want to promote local businesses.
"They're all sourced from other UK creators of vitamins, and they're Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) approved.
"We thought of the idea following Covid, and we want to promote health and wellbeing, and for that reason we wanted to get the right products in."
The business donates five per cent of each sale to London children's hospital, Great Ormond Street.
Fahim said: "We try to donate as much as we can to charity. We donate five per cent of every sale to Great Ormond Street hospital."
To mark its launch, MultiVi are offering a discount to the people of Bolton.
Fahim said: "In recognition of our launch, we thought to introduce a discount to Bolton residents as part of our commitment to them."
MultiVi will be adding vitamin gummies to the range soon, for children and adults.
