Bolton saw an appearance from Alan Sugar as the entrepreneur and face of The Apprentice popped into one of the businesses to bear his name.
The peer posted on social media about a trip to Logistics North business park earlier this week.
The site in Over Hulton is home to Amscreen Group, whose chairman is Lord Sugar and whose chief executive is his son, Simon Sugar.
The firm, which produces and operates digital signage for clients across the continent, moved to Logistics North business park last year.

Lord Sugar said: "It was good to visit the Amscreen team earlier this week and to see the impressive new headquarters."
Previously the Amscreen team was at Paragon Business Park in Middlebrook and Wingates Industrial Park in Westhoughton.
The move to its new headquarters at Logistics North allowed it to bring all of its 60 or so staff under one roof and to bring it closer to its aim of sustainability.
At the time chief executive Simon Sugar said: "In the same way electronics technology moves on and provides opportunities for sustainability, the construction industry has made huge leaps forward in recent years and we are delighted to be moving to our new, purpose-built premises.
"The building will bring great benefits to our people and I am proud and excited to be moving into such a state-of-the-art facility."
Born in Hackney, London, Alan Sugar became a knight in 2000 and a lord around around a decade later in recognition of his contributions to electronics technology. Initially he was a Labour Peer but he left the Labour Party after the election in 2015.
The Apprentice has run since 2005 and has spawned a number of spin-offs like The Apprentice: You're Fired and Young Apprentice.
Lord Sugar is contracted to make two more series of the show, but in an interview with The Times newspaper he said he would like to make 20 in total.
