Residents across Bolton are invited to attend a road safety open day at Farnworth Community Fire Station on Sunday.
Firefighters at the station will be hosting a fun and educational day between 11am and 3pm, focused on road safety and recruitment with activities for all ages to take part in.
During the day attendees will be able to learn about road traffic collisions and how to prevent them, meet local firefighters and learn about their work, learn fire safety tips and watch demonstrations, meet the recruitment team and join them for a career in firefighting and also take part in a virtual reality experience.
