A road in Bolton will be closed only allowing for left turns only towards the end of this month whilst telecoms works are ongoing.
On Wednesday, May 24 for approximately one day, there will be a left turn only restriction on Blackhorse Street, at its junction with Ormrod Street to enable telecoms works to take place.
An alternative route for traffic will be via Moor Lane and Deansgate.

To ensure recycling bins are emptied during the works, council officials are asking residents to present them at the nearest accessible point to ensure that they can be emptied on the usual collection days.
Council officials say they want to apologise for any inconvenience the closure may cause.
