Young people drew on the history of art to create an exhibition now showing in Bolto town centre.
Chorley New Road Primary School pupils' work can be seen in the windows of the Market Place Shopping Centre as part of the Bolton Cultural Education Partnership.
The children worked with Key Stage Two teacher and Curriculum Lead, Naomi Coleman to learn about artists, craft makers and designers to understand the historical and cultural development of different art forms.

Pupils found out about the different forms of art which helped them develop their own skills.
Naomi said: “We have a fabulous approach towards art across our school in every key stage, from early years up and ensure we have a dedicated hour every week for our art projects.
“We want them to know how art and design both reflect and shape our history, and contribute to the culture, creativity, and wealth of our nation.
“By allowing us this space, it really shows children everything we want to inspire them to be, which is confident, brave, and proud of their own art.
“I am very proud to be art curriculum lead, in a very hands-on creative and inspiring school.
“I hope we have another opportunity sometime in the future, to display more art in the community, to showcase what the children do here.”
Linda Burrows, Headteacher at Chorley New Road Primary Academy, said: “Chorley New Road Primary Academy are thrilled to be part of the Bolton Cultural Education Partnership - our children and staff thoroughly enjoyed producing their art and take great pride in seeing it displayed in Bolton for all to see.
“Art and design technology play a huge part in our curriculum at Chorley New Road.
“It allows all of our children to learn about their local and national culture, both now and from the past and apply their creativity whilst doing so.”
Bolton Cultural Education Partnership exists to help ensure all pupils and students in Bolton Schools have the opportunity to experience quality arts education whether it is in school or in a wider community setting.
The work will be on display until May 11.
