One of the largest multi-brand fashion retailers in the Market Place Shopping Centre has temporarily closed its doors.
A spokesman for Leading Labels, this is as a result of remedial work in the shop being carried out.
The organisation says that they will open again “as soon as possible”, and that they are hopeful they will have a confirmed date soon.
A spokesperson said: “Temporarily closed for remedial work to be carried out and will open again as soon as possible.”
The Market Place marketing team say that they are aware of an “internal issue” and that they are working with them to help them resolve it.
A spokesperson for the Market Place marketing team said: “We are aware of an internal issue at our popular Leading Labels store that isn’t allowing them to currently open for business.
“We are working closely with them to assist in resolving this issue, and hope to have them open as soon as possible.”
The branch opened in 2022, with a focus on high profile brands like Ben Sherman, Wrangler, Crew Clothing Company, Joules and Lee.
The fashion store is located on the ground floor of the old Zara Unit.
The company operate in over 15 stores throughout the UK and Ireland and employ over 200 dedicated staff.
