Northern Monkey
A charity pool tournament is set to take place at a town centre bar.
Northern Monkey on Nelson Square will be holding their monthly pool tournament on Wednesday, May 3.
However, unlike their usual monthly tournaments, the May and June editions will be to raise money for Bolton Hospice.
Entry to the tournament, which starts at 7pm, will cost £5, with all proceeds going to Bolton Hospice.
Northern Monkey say it will be pub cues only, playing house rules.
First place wins a £30 bar tab to spend at the bar, with second place winning a £15 bar tab.
