Stolen property and counterfeit goods were seized by police in Bolton town centre as part of a crackdown.
A number of people have been stopped and searched as part of the operation.
Police stepped up patrols in the town centre and have been working with specialist units and Special Officers.
A number of arrests were made during the week.
Offences included theft from person, shoplifting, going equipped to steal, drunk and disorderly and possession of drugs.
On social media, a spokesperson for GMP Bolton North said: “This week in Bolton town centre, the team have been keeping busy.
“Using plain clothes officers, supported by the transport unit and officers from the special constabulary, we have been working with local businesses to target town centre criminals.
“There have been a number of arrests for various offences including theft from person, shoplifting, going equipped to steal, drunk and disorderly and possession of drugs.
“There have also been a number of persons stopped and searched, we have recovered stolen property and seized counterfeit goods.”
