An uninsured car has been siezed in a residential area of Bolton today after police said it unfit to be driven.
Greater Manchester Police officers siezed a Ford Focus in Little Lever today which they say was being driven on bald tyres.
Officers pulled the driver, who was suspected of having no insurance and was not wearing a seatbelt.
Alongside the bald tyres, the car was said to have damage to its bodywork.
The driver was reported and given a roadworthiness prohibition notice (PG9 form) which means they will no longer be able to drive their vehicle.
