Many actors can all but dream of performing in the West End, but two Bolton performing arts students had the chance to take to the stage in the heart of London's theatre scene.

Sophie-Leigh Jones-Wills, aged 18, and Jasmine Philpott, aged 21, are among the high-flying final year students at Liverpool Theatre School who took over London’s Leicester Square Theatre for a graduation showcase on Thursday.

The girls, who are both tipped for future success as professional performers, performed in front of an audience of top talent scouts and industry influencers at the theatre.

They are both set to graduate in Professional Musical Theatre this summer after completing an elite training course at the prestigious Liverpool Theatre School.
