Wanderers fans are being invited to help with an exhibition of the most iconic work of art the club has ever inspired.
LS Lowry’s world famous Going to the Match will be the centre piece of an exhibition themed around Bolton Wanderers FC that will be set up at the town’s museum this year.
Now, Bolton Library and Museum Services is calling on fans to volunteer and help with the exhibition.
A statement said: “It's match day and we're calling out for avid Bolton Wanderers Official fans to support Bolton Museum's forthcoming exhibition.
“Bolton Museum is looking for people to volunteer at the ‘Going to the Match: LS Lowry & Bolton Wanderers’ exhibition.
“It is LS Lowry’s artwork which will be the centrepiece of the new exhibition.
“We’re looking for enthusiastic, friendly volunteers to welcome and tell visitors more about this exciting exhibition which looks at football, Lowry and social history of Bolton.
