A children's swim school will start taking lessons in Bromley Cross this month at a brand new 20m hydrotherapy pool.
Puddle Ducks has announced a new venue for its child-led lessons at a state-of-the-art pool on the grounds of Birtenshaw School’s new Campus B in Bolton.
The specialist swimming lessons for children from birth up to the age of 10 and lessons will run five days a week including Saturdays and Sundays.
The new venue is the latest achievement for Puddle Ducks since owner Jo Gribben launched her first class almost 13 years ago.
Jo said: “We are delighted to be launching lessons at the new pool within Birtenshaw School, bringing vital swimming skills to the youngsters of Bolton.
“The pool will be perfect for siblings of different ages, as we will be able to run Baby and Pre-school classes and Swim Academy simultaneously, meaning parents can take both children to lessons at once – saving time and making learning to swim much easier.”
The pool will be heated to 35 degrees and Puddle Ducks will have exclusivity of the pool, meaning children and parents are free to take their time and learn at their own pace.
Other benefits are also said to include large changing rooms and plenty of free onsite parking.
