“The reaction we have got for putting so much into wellbeing has been fantastic.

“We have got great feedback from parents, where in some cases children may have been really angry, but now if they are feeling angry, they want to talk, so it’s having a really positive impact on the children.”

The report described the club as a "welcoming setting", stating that the children had "good manners" and were well behaved.

The report said: “Children form secure relationships with staff and are keen to attend this welcoming setting.

The Bolton News:

“Children enjoy a broad and exciting range of activities, which are planned around their interests.”

Staff were also praised in the report and were described as "role models" who “create a warm and friendly atmosphere”.

It said: “They place a very strong emphasis on supporting children's mental health.

“They equip children with the knowledge and skills to help them to handle emotions and manage their feelings and behaviour.”

At a first aid class, children impressively learned how to deal with broken bones, head bumps, burns and choking.

They also learn how to place people in the recovery position and phone for
