We are hoping some of our readers may be able to shed some light on a photograph from our archives.
It shows St Joseph’s School pupils in Horwich and they looked happy in September, 1982.
But what was the reason for them to have smiles on their faced?
One of the boys at the front looks as if they are holding a fishing rod.
Could that be a clue?
Do you know anyone in the photograph or went to school with them and can tell us more.
Then you should email your memories to robert.kelly@nqnw.co.uk.
Make sure you pick up a copy of the Bolton News to find more photos from Bolton throughout the ages.
